2.2 Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge.
2.3 By participating in the survey and thus in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
The giveaway runs from August 12, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The deadline for participation is March 31, 2025.<\/p>\n
Eligible participants are individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in an EU country. Employees of pjur and their relatives as defined by Section 15 of the Fiscal Code are not eligible to participate in the contest and will be excluded from participation. Participation by contest agencies and other automatically generated mass participations and submissions is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners. Multiple entries using different or multiple addresses and\/or accounts, as well as other manipulative actions, will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.<\/p>\n
5.1 From August 12, 2024, to March 31, 2025, we will be giving away one Apple iPad, 10.9\u2033, 10th Generation, 64 GB, Wi-Fi, Yellow, each month.
5.2 Eligible participants can access the contest via pjur Sachet Cards (product samples in a folding card with a flyer). A QR code is printed on the flyer included in the Sachet Cards. By scanning the QR code, participants are directed to a landing page (pjur.com\/win) where they can take a survey on pjur products. Prior participation in the survey is a prerequisite for entering the contest. The survey is conducted using the Lamapoll software by Lamano GmbH & Co. KG, Frankfurter Allee 69, 10247 Berlin.
5.3 The winner for each month will be determined randomly from all eligible participants and notified via email. The announcement will always be made at the beginning of the following month. Participants who did not win in the previous month will be considered in the drawing for the following month(s). Participants who only join in the last month of the contest period will only be entered into the drawing for one month. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to award the prize to someone else.
5.4 The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable, nor can it be redeemed for cash.
5.5 If the prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond our control, the winner accepts a reasonable substitute prize. Such uncontrollable circumstances particularly include those affecting the manufacturer of the prize.
5.6 The prize will be delivered after the shipping address has been provided to us. The prize will be sent by post.<\/p>\n
pjur reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. pjur will particularly exercise this right if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in computer systems, manipulation, or errors in hardware\/software) or for legal reasons.<\/p>\n
7.1 Violation of these terms and conditions entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This particularly applies if the participant provides false information.
7.2 If the excluded participant is an already drawn winner, the prize can be subsequently revoked.<\/p>\n
Claims for damages against pjur, its employees, and vicarious agents and\/or affiliated companies related to the contest are excluded.
This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence or breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Furthermore, pjur, its employees, and vicarious agents and\/or affiliated companies are not liable for damages or impairments (e.g., uncontrollable technical disruptions, force majeure, disruptions caused by third parties) that affect the availability of the survey\/contest website. However, pjur will take all reasonable measures to ensure the reliability and functionality of the survey\/contest website. Moreover, pjur is not liable for ensuring that the survey\/contest website functions properly on the participant’s computer. pjur also assumes no liability for data loss, particularly during data transmission, other technical defects, or the correct delivery or receipt of emails.<\/p>\n
9.1 Participation in this contest does not require a purchase from pjur. Purchases from pjur do not affect the chances of winning.
9.2 The right to legal recourse is excluded.<\/p>\n
We are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of participants’ personal data. We will only use the participant’s personal data and other personal information within the framework of legal data protection regulations. We will store, process, and use the information only to the extent necessary for conducting the contest or if the participant has given consent. The data will be used exclusively for the contest and subsequently deleted.
